 Ibiza is a Spanish island part of the Balears, it is a very popular holiday destination. It is well known for the nightlife which originates from the Hippie culture. The Catalan name is Elvissa, the Castilian name is Ibiza.

The restaurant is open form June till September all days of the week, except Sunday. The opening hours are from 1pm till 4pm and from 7:30pm till 0:00pm. Winter opening hours are from 1pm till 4pm and from 8pm till 11pm. During winter season the restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday. The restaurant is closed for holidays from mid January till mid March.


Everything is freshly made and local products are used, to the extend possible. They prefer to work with organic, seasonal products. The type of cuisine is Mediterranean fusion with some Asian influences as well.


The restaurant is owned and operated by Fabio, as a host and Greg, chef de cuisine. They first started off in 2009 in Sitges with their first restaurant. Since 2015 they operate the restaurant on Ibiza.


The reviews on social media are spectacular with a score of 4.8 (out of 5) on Facebook and a 5.0! (out of 5) on TripAdvisor, the clientele of eF&Gi has much appreciation for what Fabio and Greg do.


The luxurious design of the restaurant gives it a very warm atmosphere and makes you feel special form the moment you set foot on the terrace. The terrace is 50 sq.m. and seats app. 40 guests. The terrace has a new automatic patio cover, which also covers the sides. Inside there are app. 40 seats but there is ample space in the restaurant.


One private parking space is available for personal use, included in the monthly rent.


The building is well maintained. The floor above the restaurant is used as an office space, owned by the Notary next door. The Notary’s office is well known on Ibiza and therefor many people visit the office during weekdays.


Overall the restaurant has good business all year round, the clientele is mostly high class locals and people from abroad.


All mandatory licenses are up to date and valid. Everything you see in the restaurant will be left after the sale, so you can continue the operation the same day of the transaction, everything is up and running.


The monthly rent is € 2.550,=, 10 year lease. Community charges € 180,= per quarter.


The asking price for the sale of the inventory, lease and goodwill is € 400.000,=.
